What We Do
Our Mission
To provide a convenient and cohesive environment where our community can purchase the freshest locally grown produce and farmstead products available directly from farmers and producers who represent traditions and skills we value as part of our way of life.
Many years ago, a group of passionate citizens started the Market with the goal of supporting our local farmers while making it easy for our community to eat & shop sustainably. Since our first year, we've transitioned into a 501(c)3 nonprofit and continue to innovate and improve upon our market offerings. Many thanks go to our community partners, volunteers, friends, and sponsors. We couldn't do this without you.
“We want to make local, healthy foods available to our community and support our incredible producers.”

Austin DeSchepper
Hello!
I started out as a volunteer at the market in the summer of 2023, right when I originally moved to Red Wing. Ever since, it has been a wonderful experience. Meeting all of the vendors and volunteers welcomed me to a community that I would become to enjoy so much. Being able to help provide fresh produce and other goods to that community became such an important part of my life. Important enough to join the board for the Red Wing Farmers Market. I am incredibly grateful to be a part of this amazing groups of board members, vendors, and volunteers.
Don’t forget your tokens!
